Zone Error/mess issue

getting this warning, dont know how to fix it, searched and found a couple posts, attempted to reload, tried to reinstall, have such a mess now store is not even available, like it had been, geez all I wanted to do was fix the zone problem, now I dont even know whats wrong.

well crud, never mind, I have such a mess going on now, my store isnt even up anymore, and I dont know, how to fix it, I guess Ill just redo for the third time. anyone know how to just completely uninstall and start fresh, nervous breakdown coming.... I just want it to work.

What are you doing to cause all these issues? Delete all the files, and the database and start over. That only takes a few minutes.
