Gift Vouchers and Shipping

I have a test site That I am almost done setting up except for the voucher part. I have three products in a category called Gift Vouchers.

Names

$25 Gift Voucher / $50 Gift Voucher / $100 Gift Voucher


Descriptions

$25 Gift Voucher / $50 Gift Voucher / $100 Gift Voucher


Models
GIFT_25 / GIFT_50 / GIFT_100

Attributes are for each one I used a presetup one:

Option Name: Version
Value: Download: Windows - English

I emailed myself a voucher and redeemed it. I then went and added a $25 voucher to my cart and tried to checkout.

It goes to delivery info and shows to pick a shipping method.

DOWNLOADS are turned on. The weight of the vouchers is set to 0.

Table rate and UPS are the only shipping modules setup. I know it should not show shipping, but I am lost. I want to test a download but not until this works. Why is a voucher download getting shipping?

Did you have any other items in your cart? I cannot get it to behave like this unless I have another item in my cart that requires shipping.

I got it. I had not assigned a file name for the download so the system knew it would have to be shipped. That is cool.
