Default can't see admin site

My business partner and webmaster in Tokyo, they can't see my admin site.
Webmaster told me she sees error "public_html/shop/admin/includes/affiliate_application_top.php line 57".
I don't have any problem to see the site.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Default RE: can

Can you please post the full error message. There should be something else above that. It should say the error and then the part that you posted. If you could post the full page that she is seeing, I will be able to find out the reason of the error and tell you how you could fix it.

Sorry I couldn't replay soon. I had to contact some people and I knew they can see in Mac IE browser. Those are Japanese. Here's error message.

Warning: main(includes/languages/affiliate_japanese.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mika/public_html/shop/admin/includes/affiliate_application_top.php on line 57

My first question is does 'includes/languages/affiliate_japanese.php' file exist? Can you view all the ADMIN in the Japanese language?

Compair all files/folders that start in or end in (before the any extentions) "english" to see if there is a comparable "japanese" file - if your missing any then you need to clone/copy and translate if needed any files missing....

Good Luck

Here is what is wrong:

includes/languages/affiliate_japanese.php does NOT exist. It sounds like that it the cause for both of the errors. There probably are more missing files if there is one, you will find out later. Hope this gets it going. It seems FTP transfer leaves out files a lot, really frustrating
