Default Rid of the i.e. ' Security Alert ' popup.

It doesn't pop up if it's configured right (Your SSL and your configuration files both).

So what you are saying is there is no safe way to get rid of it? At least not without comprimising the security of my Private SSL Cert?

If you have a private SSL cert, there should never be a pop-up window. What is the popup warning saying? Regardless, if you are using your private ssl cert and you are getting a warning of any kind, you have something set up incorrectly.

On a properly set up shop, the switch to ssl is seamless with no popups of any kind.

    the two errors read:

The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust. View the certificate to determine whether you want to trust the certifiying authority.

The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site.

    Do you want to proceed?

This means that your SSL certificate is not properly installed on your server and has nothing to do with osCMax. Most likely, you installed it using the wrong CA bundle. Re-install the cert with the correct CA bundle and the error will go away.

Regardless of who installed the certificate, that is what the problem is.

He's also running CRE Loaded, not MAX. And it's not installed. If you click on "view certificate" on your site, it shows the owner as "Plesk", so that's the problem. Have them configure your certificate correctly and it'll go away.
