Affiliate javascript help is not poping up.

In affiliate_summary.php is it possible to click on different [?] 's. When I click on a [?] , the javascript with help is not poping up.

In admin the javascript is poping up when I click on the [?] 's.

What I have to do?

Affiliate faq is not showing up in the affiliate box.

Affiliate_info.php and affiliate_affiliate.php is showing up.

I have the file:
\catalog\includes\languages\english\affiliate_faq. php

What is wrong?
