    Default BackUp OSC from Cpanel

I have tried using the backup function under Cpanel for backup my OSC but it only zipped all the emails files. Not the whole web directory. I know I can use ftp to download my whole web site but it takes extremely long time. I need something I can zip all the web files in server then download that single file. The Cpanel backup functions (I have tried full and home backup) are suppose to do that. Is there any way I can adjust the cpanel backup function to download the web directory? Or is there any program I can use to do what I need? Thank you for your advise.

    hi
This is something that you really need to speak to your host about. It is not something we can help with. Issue a help ticket and let them sort it out.

If you have shell access, just tar up the files from the command line. If not, do as battleaxe says, and contact your host. The cpanel backup should do it for you, if working correctly.
