Product Listing 2 columns and 3 rows

Does anyone know after I was able to change the product listing to 2 columns. How do I control if one pages shows up 3 rows of products or more? Thank you.

after you download prodlistcol_v1.2 for product listing. under /catalog/includes/module/product_listing_col.php

DEFINE('PRODUCT_LIST_COL_NUM',2);

change 2 to 3 or 4 for 4 columns in your case.

But no luck on rows yet. If you find it. Let me know please.

I know this post was from December but.. I am interested in seeing how this column thing looks. I can't find DEFINE('PRODUCT_LIST_COL_NUM'); in the product_listing_col.php or any other file. Is prodlistcol_v1.2 something that needs to be installed separately in version 1.7 or is it inclued with it?
