Default The ODDEST thing I've Ever Seen

Have a website, located here, http://www.basketsnbouquets.com/ when you go to it, everything looks fine.

But if you click "refresh" in internet explorer, it pulls the categories list from an entirely different website on the same server, and when you click one of these categories it takes you to that store.

Odder still, if instead of clicking refresh, you click a category from the home page of http://www.basketsnbouquets.com/ everything works fine and you can click refresh from category pages and not have a problem at all.

Anyone ran across this issue before ?????? Kepp in mind that these websites have been running live for months, nothing has changed in the config values that we can tell.

Cliff, this is most likely due to cacheing in the servers tmp dir. If you change the cache settings to be local to each accounts dir tree, say /home/username/temp , this problem will go away. You can also clear out the servers tmp dir and that should also fix it...

Awesome, Thanks Michael, glad someone has seen this issue before as it had me rightly stumped good.

I suppose this is the Apache Cache file correct? or is this a PHP.INI setting?

Actually, it is set in the osC admin area. Under :

Configuration Cache Cache Directory set a path that is only accessable to the user (in his dir tree).

I have seen this several times before. The problem is how osC names the cached files. It is the same for any site, so if 2 sites are cacheing to the tmp dir, the first site to cache will show up on all the other sites.

If you look in your servers /tmp dir, you will see cached osCommerce pages. Both sites are trying to use the same cached pages, but they can only be correct for one of the 2 sites
