Default Remove box headers?

Hi all,
I've been mucking around in the code all morning and just can't figure out how to remove the header cells for the boxes. Can someone point me in the right direction? I'd surely appreciate it.

edit box.tpl.php in the boxes dir of whatever template you are using.
