Weird IP always hanging out (on Who's Online)...?!

When I use the Who's Online mod, I notice that there's always this weird IP hanging out. It's there continuously, traveling from page to page (slowly, it seems). The IP is 207.46.98.129. I can't track it down on whois searches, except on ARIN.NET. ARIN says that the OrgName is "Microsoft."

Does anyone have an idea what's up with this? Why would Microsoft be hanging out in my MS2-MAX store?

It is a msnbot, I have a different message about this including another that doesn't seem to be a spider. It is a beta spider for the future MSN Search. Check iplists.com (search 207.46.98). Mine has been .131 or .138 normally. You can block it by using IPTABLES (if you are using linux). But you might loose out on a search or two. I was told just to wait it out. Will see, it does get quite annoying.
