Affiliates program - payments don't show up

Hi

I've done a search on this forum and others, feeling totally lost. I've got my affiliate program up and running, the sales and clicks all register fine. When I go to Admin->Affiliates->Payments, none of the payments show up. Start Billing just shows a message saying "Your affiliates have been billed" but no messages are sent out, and nothing shows up in the payment page either.

I'd changed the status of all orders through the affiliate to "delivered".

My affiliates program configurations are:

Paymnet threshold - 1$
Billing time - 0 days
Order min status - 3
Pay affiliates with check - true
Pay affiliates with paypal - true

Language for the admin and site - English

Really desperate, guys, pls help. I've got to get this thing done in a coupla days, and I'm probably going to have to do without the affiliates contrib if nothing turns up here.

Might try changing the billing time to a positive number.

quick question...

scenario:

i set billing time to 1
that same day a customer click affiliate's link and buy
that same day i change the order status to delivered


now my question is..

1. should the transaction show up in the "affiliate payment" _____________

A.) tomorrow?
B.) the day after tomorrow?
C.) it should show up the same day it was flag delivered regardless of billing time?
D.) not until affiliate reaches the "Payment Threshold" after the billing time.
E.) none of the above... other answer > _________________
