I have two categories, LUNCH and DINNER. When I put any items from the lunch category in my cart and check out, I get the shipping info and the tax is applied correctly,

Now if i do the same for the dinner category, I do not get the shipping method choice AND the tax is not being applied to the order, I did verify that all the items are assigned the proper tax class.

Now if i put BOTH lunch and dinner items in the cart then the tax calculates properly and I get a shipping method.

I would prefer to NOT have a shipping choice at all as these items are for pickup only.
