Can anyone help me with this issue:

I sell a variety of items
For clothing & lingerie the flat rate is 6.95 and I would like to add a additional per item charge.

For shoes I have to charge 9.95 and would like to be able to add 4.00 per additional pair.

For Boots 12.95 and 4.00 per additional pair.

is there any way that I can do this on ms2 max.

If shoes and clothing are bought together I would like the higher shipping rate charged and then any additonal charges to follow.

Any help would be appreciated.
