ALL LINKS BROKEN, Please Help!

Can anyone help with this... I have just installed ms2-max and none of the product links work... all php dynamic links are separated by '/' instead of '?' or '=' or '&'...

I know this is confusing but here's what it looks like:
.../product_info.php/cPath/2/products_id/14 instead of
.../product_info.php?cPath=2&products_id=14

This occurs to all links created by the application.

Please Help!

Do you have search engine friendly links turned on in the admin section?
