please help with discount coupon and authorize.net

I have just setup authorize.net after getting my own ssl certificate.

I am using the original authorize.net module that comes with the MS2-Max 1.5 package.

My problem is that when i enter a discount coupon and go to the confirmation page the total is shown with the discounted price. So I though everything was ok but when i checked my authorize.net reciept email I noticed I was charged full price.

I have searched the forums and found a threadhttp://oscdox.com/index.php?name=PNp...iscount+coupon about this with a quick fix but after applying the quick fix found there i get a parse error after confirming my order.

It is said that there is a flaw in the checkout_process.php script that sends the total to authorize.net before going to the confirm page to get the discounted total.

I really need this as we get alot of customers who like to order in bulk and we need a discount coupon to give those people.

Please any idea on why the non discounted total is being passed to authorize.net and not the discounted price.
