I’m using OSC MAX version. I love the sent gift voucher function. But how can I cancel the gift voucher that I sent out? Because sometimes customer doesn’t like the gift voucher only deduct the amount of the item not the shipping. Gift voucher can’t deduct the shipping fee. So, I need to cancel the customer gift voucher and do his order manually. Thanks
