color of header text in new products and specials boxes

can someone tell me how to change the color of the text in the header title for the default_specials and the New products boxes on the mainpage? thanks.

I used the recomendations here for the "new products" header text. You can do the same in the "default_specials" to change the color of the text for the specials box as well.
