Problem viewing Enlarged pictures

Using the normal method to input a photo for an item, not using mopics. What would cause it to show nothing on the popup window when you click on a picture to enlarge it (while trying to buy something as a customer)???

This problem is inhibiting my continued deployment of my store.

Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions, smart remarks about my incompentence. Anything at all???

if you use OSCMAX you use dynamic mo_pics. make a copy of all your images in /images/images_big/ and give them all a suffix of _big. for instance if one of your photos is named pic.jpg make a copy of it in /images/images_big/pic_big.jpg and youll get your popup.

Ok this has to be made simple for my father who I can't have ftping things back and forth all the time. For me this works, but I cannot have this for him.

My understanding is that the basic interface for adding items should allow both the thumbnail and larger photo from the same photo that you install. I have been using full size photos that it has been shrinking to thumbnails on its own, but won't enlarge them. The last time I checked the general interface is supposed to allow this automatically without MoPics. So forget MoPics even exists. I need this interface to be simple and to be a one-step process. Knowing him he would end up deleting something he shouldn't.

Any other ideas
