2 Questions from a osc beginner

hi ppl...
I installed osc ms2 max and i think it is great
and i got 2 questions while testing it ...

1) can i put a flash header in any template? how?

2) I want to move some 1400 products from a mdb file i was given to the osc db, but i saw that the products table (and categories too) don't have an autoinc field to make some batch inserts ...
i tried to simulate and understand the process and queries to add categories & products, but i got lost in the code

could any1 help me?

i have those tools, but u know...
the products & categories table from osc doesn't have autoinc fields or something like that, and when i make the "movement" i get lot of errors, and u know, i must make coordinates inserts in the tables, coz the products_description must be linked to products table, and so...
that's my trouble...
