Can't seem to get same page link/anchor to work~

Hi all,
I'm working on a simple FAQ page (very simple) using the Extra Pages mod, and I've been trying to create links from my questions at the top of the page, to the answers below them on the same page.

Simple enough, right?

Or so I thought.

I can't seem to make the standard <.a href="#Link Name">Text</a>
which points to <.a name="Link Name"></a> work.

When you click on the link, it jumps you back to the mainpage.

Can anyone enlighten me on what the procedure might be?

I've never seen an anchor tag with a leading period like that. If that's the way you have it in your HTML code, I don't think it will work. I'm not familiar with the Extra Pages mod tho... maybe that's some weird syntax?
