I have checked the path, and where neccessary copied files to the path where index_default is looking, but it seems unable to find the files above. Had a look in configure.php, but as I am not a coder, I am stumped. (Michael, I am awaiting php bible by post)

Would love to use the BTS update, can anyone help? Perhaps some define code for the confi file?

Aaaargh

Recheck and make sure ALL files are uploaded and permissions are properly set.

Hi jpf, yes, I have made sure that all the files are uploaded and changed permissions to 755. I have added an $abspath to the config file but that has not made any difference. I am going to ftp BTS 1.3 again. Do you know a good recursive ftp client? I am using robotftp ws-ftp or abacre website uploader, none of them seem to do intelligent directory uploading. Will be back with reults in a few minutes.

I suggest manually adding changes to the filenames.php file. It seems your filename definitions are missing.
