Default Problem with CheckOut, Creating New Accounts, and Logging in

Hi everybody, this is the first time I have ever setup an e-commerce website. I am fairly familiar with Linux, Apache, MySQL, FTP, and some programming, so I am not a complete idiot. However this will definitely be a learning experience for me. I am using MS2-MAX v1.5 and I am trying to get several things to work.

Whenever I try to use the Log Yourself in link it goes to an error that reads page cannot be displayed. I get the same when trying to setup a new account (customer account) and when I try to checkout the cart.

Am I missing something. This is a fresh install that I did 3 days ago and I would love to get this working.

Here is my website: http://www.phatgod.com/coshop/

Also I have secured the site, so I am not sure how to essentially activate the store. To get it going. I can edit code if I need to (though I would prefer not to delve too deep). I can edit the database or move files around or whatever it takes I am just lost here.

Thanks,
Patrick

My first thought was your HTTPS was enabled and not configured properly - but your not using it at this time

However I see no errors now - it could be a server or IE cache thing.....(try a non-IE based browser like Opera, Firefox or Net$cape) Some local ISPs will cache users request/file - for speed and lower bandwith requirments.

As for your secure site - no programing required. Most settings are set in both configure.php files - and can fix most of the problems that people have by editing this file and a few choice setting in the admin section (force cookies=on does not work for shaired SSL servers).

A "secure site" is not required - just highly suggested and recommended - may people will not trust there personal data/credit card info unless it is secure....SOME payment gateways provide there own secure site to collect credit card info (you never get to see the number)...thus you may not need or want one.
