What do i install first?

Hey there, what is it that i install first? There are no clear explanations anywhere. I have used osCommerce and was looking for a package like this. Please let me know so i can start working on the site, thanks alot!

Get the main download from here:

The download link is about 75% down the page. Make sure you turn off software firewalls or the download will not work.

It installs just like osCommerce. Then you can get the mod updates from the forum if you need them...

Also, after i install oscmax 1.55, is there anything else i should install (mods,ect) or updates?

Yes, you will probably want to get the BTS update, Paypal IPN update if you use paypal, The PWA update if you want customers to be able to check out without creating an account.

All those mods are posted here in the forums (MS2-MAX disucssion, in the announcements or as a sticky). They all come with instructions and if you are using a fresh install of OSC-MAX v1.5.5, they are very easy to install. Upload and go (almost!)
