Default Removing a "Top Administrator" member - blocked??

Newbie..

Our company is having to change around our staff a bit and our previous
"top admin" has been relieved of duty, but I can't remove their user from osCommerce (ms2max).. I have created a new "top admin" (me) and am now needing to make it the only top admin.

When I try to delete this user, instead of the typical confirm delete I am presented with "back" and that is all.

How do I force osCommerce to drop this top admin member (this was the inital creating admin; oscommerce was setup under this user)?

THANKS -[/img]

(I think) That has to stay - however you can "re-assign" the email to yourself or other - then reset the password.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the advice.. and along the way I found out that if you simply edit users in your sql db (or I assume whatever db you're using) then it is very simple to manage/control accounts.. where osC prevents it, phpmyadmin is the gateway.

Thanks -
