Default Busting my brain over skipping shipping Please Help!

I have done everything I could to solve this problme. I don't know what else to do so I am asking for help here. Please help. I have read other post about this and thought it corrected it but it didn't. Here is a list of my sort orders below:

Discount Coupons - 3
Gift Vouchers - 2
Low Order Fee - 4
Shipping - 1
Sub-Total - 4
Tax - 5
Total - 6

I do not see why the shipping is being skipped. Maybe it's something in the code it's self. Im not sure. Please help. I need to fix this as soon as posible.
Thank You for your time and help,
Matt Williams

The products weight must be NON-ZERO or shipping will be skipped. All shipping modules will be skipped, even those that do not use weight, so update your products to include the weight.

So in other words in my spreadsheet for easypopulate (God love the person who devloped that feature) i need to put NON-ZERO under the heading tag "v_products_weight" in each row - correct? if this is the case im on easy street..

BTW - I can't help but love calvin!!

No, you need to put a value that's greater than zero, not the text "NON-ZERO". You might have got that, but when I read through it all, that's how it read.

Just didn't want to see you upload the word "Non-zero" into all the fields.

I am still not getting this. Is this something that i need to change in my spread sheet or is this something that i need to change in admin? Im leaning more towards the spread sheet from what Guest wrote. If this is the case, All I have to do is update the "v_products_weight" in my spreadsheet to a greater value then 0 such as 1 or 2..ect.. I don't know what each product weighs so does it matter what number i put?

Also I am having 1 other problme...
When you click on a category on the left side and all the products come up under that category, then i click on the product to view the description of the product it breaks the frame on the left side of my website....Below is an example..

http://www.qualityonegifts.com/produ...roducts_id=282

click the link and you will notice the right side is not correctly lining up with the rest of the site. This is on several products and I dont know how to fix this. Any help will be appreciated....

Also when you click to enlarge the picture, the picture is not showing up?
If i can fix these - its all smooth sailing..

If I'm correct, you have to have the weight in there. It uses the weight to determine how much the total order weighs so it can look up the proper shipping rate for that weight. I guess you can use different shipping types that are weight based, but you still need something in there for weight.

Also, if I am correct, the products break the right side due to long descriptions and category names. Either shorten the names that cause it to break, or you need to change the graphics to make the right and left columns a little wider, then when your infobox goes longer, it won't be such a problem. But, all in all, it's still possible to do all of this and have a long file name break it, if I am correct.

Dont make this harder than it is .

NON-ZERO means that it must be any number but zero, and it cannot be blank.

In easypopulate, just make the field v_products_weight 1 or greater.
