all products list with buy now and quantity

I have installed the all_products module from the following contribution http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1785

I added it to allow for people to be able to click and go instead of browsing through the pages. I have two questions. This is an excellent contribution but:

Does anyone know how to make a form as a single column with just product name, price, quantity and then a buy now button where someone could select multiple items at a time and purchase them together.

I found how to do this for all product listings but I want to use it for just my all products page and leave the rest alone for browsing.
