Default Affiliate and Printable Catalog problems after upgrade...

    Hi,
I'm migrating a shop over from ms2.2 to MAX1.5, I have the MAX up and running bar a couple of small problems. I think they might be resolved in a similar way so I'll post them both here.

Ok, my first problem is when logged in to admin section, I click on Affiliates --> Summary and get this error
1054 - Unknown column 'AFFILIATE_PAYMENT_ORDER_MIN_STATUS' in 'where clause'

    select count(*) as count, sum(affiliate_value) as total, sum(affiliate_payment) as payment from affiliate_sales a left join orders o on (a.affiliate_orders_id = o.orders_id) where o.orders_status >= AFFILIATE_PAYMENT_ORDER_MIN_STATUS

    [TEP STOP]
Does anyone know how to fix this?

My second problem is related to the Printable Catalog, with that I get the following errors
Warning: mysql_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/haircraz/www/www/shop/templates/content/catalog_products_with_images.tpl.php on line 300

Warning: mysql_result(): Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 88 in /home/haircraz/www/www/shop/templates/content/catalog_products_with_images.tpl.php on line 303

Warning: mysql_result(): Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 89 in /home/haircraz/www/www/shop/templates/content/catalog_products_with_images.tpl.php on line 305
1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

If anyone can help me fix these problems it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

The AFFILIATE_PAYMENT_ORDER_MIN_STATUS problem looks like you haven't added the SQL to your osc configure table... see you should be able to goto your admin>configuration>affiliate program>Order Min Status and set this to an amount you wish to pay your affiliate... the problem is this isn't being set... which probable means it doesn't exsist in the database.

    Thanks.
This put me on a bit of a hunt to see what was going on. I used mysql diff to try and update the database. It seems to have updated the schema but not the data.
Any clues on how to do this?

    Thanks again,

Ok, so I'm not sure what iis happenning.
If I have the default database, everything works as planned.
If I have my upgraded database then it is dead as above. I've just noticed that the extra options in configuration dissapear with this database. If I restore the default database, the options magically re-appear.

    What it should look like...
    My Store
    Minimum Values
    Maximum Values
    Images
    Customer Details
    Shipping/Packaging
    Product Listing
    Stock
    Logging
    Cache
    E-Mail Options
    Download
    GZip Compression
    Sessions
    WYSIWYG Editor 1.7
    Site Maintenance
    Affiliate Program
    Dynamic MoPics
    Printable Catalog
What it looks like when my upgraded database is used...
    My Store
    Minimum Values
    Maximum Values
    Images
    Customer Details
    Shipping/Packaging
    Product Listing
    Stock
    Logging

    GZip Compression
    Sessions
Does anyone have any ideas why this happens?

    I'm getting really confused here.

    Thanks,
    Toe Knee
