EasyPop: Need Upload to OVERWRITE all existing, not append

First, my apologies if this topic has been addressed, I couldn't find anything..

I am trying to upload a csv using EasyPopulate.. Everything is working great, except for one small thing - I need the file I'm uploading to actually overwrite the existing db rather than append or update.. I'm in the initial stages of populating records/products and at this point, I'm changing the data enough that I really need to be able to delete the existing product and repopulate entirely.

I've tried removing any EP files created within the temp directory, and then uploading a fresh file, but it doesn't overwrite, just appends (and I end up with duplicate records/products).

Any suggestions?? Please tell me I don't have to manually delete all these dups..

Yep, you do, but you can manually do it in one step by truncating the data using a mysql front end like phpmyadmin. There is an option in phpmyadmin to empty a table of all data. 1 - click and it is empty.
