OSCMAX_top_low.jpg mismatch?

Hello, me again

On the default install, there is about a 3-6 pixel mismatch on the left hand side where the curve closes and comes down from the OSCMAX_top_low.jpg and meets the top of the infoboxes.

It's almost like the infobox is wider because at the right hand side of the header for each infobox, it looks like it gets a little smaller, like there is no top or bottom line, lining the header.

Is there a fix for this? I thought it was maybe a long name somewhere, but it's the standard install and I haven't put anything in.

What's the best way to fix this? Modify the top_low graphic to match the new column width? Or did my install get messed up? I thought that was the case, but I looked at some sites in the test stores and saw others like it.

Apologies if this has been asked and answered. I searched and couldn't find it.

Where about's is this mentioned in the readme file? I read that before posting.

What I read was :
"KNOWN ISSUES:The product in the default osc database 'Microsoft IntelliMouse' in the 'Notifications'
infobox in right column forces the width of the right column beyond the default 125 pixels."

That made me believe the issue was with the right hand side of the thing,when the question I had was with the left hand side. I've more or less figured it out, or, I'm working through it now.

I didn't change anything in the template file. Should I have started there?
