Continuing my DEMO CATALOG IN CD-ROM development

Hi m8s...
Thanks to BTS, i could remove the add to cart button, review button, "this product was addedd" and lot of stuff, so my DEMO catalog shows only the products and their characteristics, without price, etc.

My problem now is (are):

. How to remove these fields from the NEW PRODUCT form
*Products Status field, coz the products will always be available
*Date Available field, same as b4
*Products Price (Net), Products Price (Gross):, Indv. Shipping Price, Products Quantity:

. How to add more fields to this form, like REFERENCE CODE, MARK CODE, AVAILABLE COLOURS, MEASURES, PACKAGE MEASURES, PACKAGE WEIGHT & COMMENTS, among some other fields which would be necessary add to each product.

I THOUGHT THAT THIS COULD BE DONE WITH "Product Attributes" but i realized this stuff is for calculating the price of some special products, and my demo catalog doesn't show price, it is only a SHOW, mere informative stuff.

As always, I learn more everyday about MS2 MAX, and each time i dig in the code, i love it more, but this form is in admin/index.php but before touching it i'd like to get some opinions from the specialized ppl... so i do the right work.

Product Attributes is what your looking for - just add NO "addtional" price. Or maybe your thinking of somthing more like ISBN/BIN/LOT/BARCODE and other addional information (Can be used for like cars - make/model, engine size. Or maybe like software - OS supported - warrenty - media format etc...)

Look for the ISBN/Barcode contribution that can add more feilds for your items....

Thing like color choises are best using attributes...

i need the ISBN/BARCODE contrib... because it is only to show the data, not to allow the client choose among values...

Basically this "MOD" is more of a "how to" text with examples - just put the proper code in the templates as needed. Not that hard. Seamin as your not doing "ISBN" number you have to change feild names to suit (and add more than one value).
