Create an Order for New Customer For FREE access to "Fi

How would I be able to create a brand new "Order" for a brand new customer without them having to go thru a complete checkout process?

What is going on is that I have PDF files setup for downloading (for a fee), but I also want to give FREE access to certain clients.

With a newLY registered client, I can't figure out any way to create an Order for them, or authorize access for them when the "Order" field of their account has not been populated with any data.

It's easy enough IF there has been a previous Order placed already because I then update the order thru the Admin panel.

Quick Fix! I included and modified the COD payment method (it now reads "Pilot Participant" as a payment method). Then I set the order status to pending.

Now the client can go thru the entire order process, then they wait for their order to be updated by the Website Admin.

(In the database I changed the order_status from "Delivered" to read as "Download Enabled")

Then I changed the text in catalog/includes/languages/english/checkout_success.php to reflect the different instructions to each groupt/type of client.
