Default Parse error after editing conditions.php

I have edited several other pages successfully, but can't find the error in this one.

I am getting the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/clwood/public_html/cart/includes/languages/english/conditions.php on line 19

Here is line 19 of the code:

Seems like it does not like XML
<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "ursmarttagssmarttagssmarttagsn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags"/>

Remove this & see if it works.

Neil,
I took out that line of code, but it didn't help. I finally went back and re-created the page. I am not positive what the problem was, but I think the problem was that I didn't have the proper HTML for the trademark symbol. I was using Chess Master Games™, instead of using Chess Master Games™ to create the trademark symbol. It is now working. Thanks again for your help.

Charles
