double listing of produtcs.

Hi, I seam to have a problem with the page 'display all products'

When http://www.insituconservation.com/catalog/allprods.php clicked both Greek and English product are displayed.

The same thing happens on http://www.mobilegamer.gr/catalog/allprods.php

Has anyone experienced this before?
Or is is just my setup that is wrong?

Hi Mike,
All products does do that.
It was originally designed as "spider food". A quick and easy way for the bots to index all your products - before the days of the Header Tag Controller etc.

Please tell me more about the Header Tag Controller, does it eliminate duplicate listing of products?
Any links I could follow.

It doesn't eliminate listing of the 1 product in 2 languages.
It was designed to do that - for the Search Engines.
Header Tag Controller is a contrib - again for the Search Engines - details on the OSC Contributions site.
MAX has the MetaTagFix which does a similar thing to Header Tag Controller.

I did a forum search on MetaTagFix but did'nt get any hits. I will search further...

Got an idea how to disable this spider food feature? re-arranging the sql might be a solution on page: alllproducts.php.
What do you think?

I will invesitgate, its weird that this subject has not been brought up before. Or has it?
