    Were you actually able to download it? I have never gotten anywhere except a sign up page for hosting from the download link. I keep upgrading my old version because a new version doesn't seem to be available anymore.

    It is available on that page. Make sure you have your software firewall turned off though, as it will cause the download to fail...
