I'd like to know where i could download / buy nice templates for a computer shopping store...

Do a search in Google for "osCommerce Templates" - there is several sites that have some have free basic templates (just the CSS file and maybe a few basic graphics for buttons etc...) other charge $$ for flash and all kinds of stuff.

If you loaded the MS2-MAX version from this site - it includes a free template supplied by www.TemplateShopper.com

(see the read me files)

Just so you know - MOST of your site can be "templated" just from your CSS file - which controls the colour and text layout (font selection, size, alinment, color etc...) for most of your store.

The rest is just changing the graphic buttons to what you want. There is even a free site (don't know the URL off the top of my head) that you can use to select from seveal types of buttons that you customize with colors/fonts of your choice - then all you have to to is supply the text for the buttons names....

Isn't MS2-MAX supposed to come with the Basic Template System 1.2b? How do you use it to change the different templates? I would LOVE to use it but don't know how because there are no readme files in the download that was referred to above. How do I access the BTS?

Any way to get back the rounded corners at the tops of the boxes that the original osCommerce has?

just switch to the original osCommerce template. it is included, and you can do it in the admin, by specifying osC in the 'use template' configuration setting in the admin.

I switched to the original osCommerce template and I don't have the rounded corners on the top boxes like I did without MS2-MAX.
