Edit comments: Is there a contribution ?

Hi,

Is there a contribution that allows the admin to edit the order comments? I have been looking around for this, but it doesn't seem to exist.

If anyone knows of such a contrib please post a reply here.

I am going to assume that you are not using osCmax v1.7 ... although you might be!
If you are I would suggest an upgrade to v2.0.25 ...

In answer to your question - this is already available in osCmax ... simply open the order in question where you have a comment you want to edit ... click EDIT ORDER ... then in the lower part of the page edit the text ... click the button bottom right ...

Thank you for your help. Luckily there does appear to be a contribution that does just what I need! osCommerce Community Add-Ons I have not tested it out, but I will do that in the coming days. Oscmax really is the best flavor of oscommerce. This forum and the oscmax contributors prove that to be true.

You shouldn't need to install that contribution ... osCmax v2.1 has comments on customers and orders ... both of which are editable through the admin panel ...

osCmax v2.0.25 has the ability to edit the order comments. The Customer comments was only added recently.
