I'm trying to install the printable catalog contrib. Why am I getting the following error, and how do I fix it?

ok, I think my problem was that I was trying to install an older version(V1.1), I found V3 and have it working, the only problem is my store name shows up twice at the top of the page and the currenices box is the width of the screen, very longggg and skinny! LOL Anyone?

Kristine, why are you re-installing printable catalog? It is already included in MAX! No need to install it again...
