Dynamic DHTML Menu, dont work

I be working in www.mobepar.com/shop/

I be using the MS2 MAX 1.5.5 version, with anothers contributions faqdesk + newsdesk + NIF + HelpCenterLive + PHPTell

The problem, i can not make the DHTML menu work, (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1238) i know the that this loaded version use the BTS contribution and there are diference the includes\header.php is not used, then i use includes\warnings.php,

But I dont see the menu, i look the code, change default.php to index.php, but not work.

I also try with menu bar DHTML (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1067), and this dont work.

You can help me with any clue??.

ok, the problem is that javascript must be inside the head tag.
