Moving "Result Pages: 1,2" to the top of the page

I've been trying to figure out how to move the text that appears at the bottom of every category listing page, to also appear at the top of the page.

When a category page has more products that can be displayed on one page, it displays this at the bottom:

Displaying 1 to 20 (of 23 products) Result Pages: *1**2**[Next*>>]

I can figure out how to change the wording but I can't figure out how to move that to the top of the page. Any ideas?

Hello,
Go to your admin panel
Click on configuration/Product Listings and edit Location of Prev/Next Navigation bar (1-top, 2-bottom, 3-both)

That should work for you.
