Default easypopulate froogle generation problem

I submitted my froogle csv file a few weeks ago and they said I can only have 1 listing of each product. The problem is that I have many items listed in more than 1 category so I get a product result for each category, which froogle complains about. My question is there a fix out there so it will return only 1 product listing per product id?
