Default Privacy notice not working

I need some advice. I have a biligual website and had the privacy notice working perfectly fine in both languages. And then I must have changed something somehere else than the privacy.php files, because they don't work anymore! I want to cry!

I then took the original privacy.php file that comes with the sample install and installed it in stead of my own privacy.php files -- and still does not work! When I click on privacy notice in the left bottom box, it just gives me a blank page!

Any idea which other files play a role in this? The other links like "conditions of use" works still just fine!

Please tell me at which files you would look to rectify this problem?

Thanks so much!
Jan

Check your error logs... Blank page = php error.

Check with your host.

If your account has cpanel, you can view the error log there.

If you have root access, you can look in the apache logs dir.
