Default Editing look and feel of Conditions of Use, Privacy, Shippin

I have looked high and low for the files holding the html for the following pages under the Information infobox:
Shipping & Returns
Privacy Notice
Conditions of Use

I am trying to add html tables to these pages and the simple text layout offered here is not cutting it:
define('TEXT_INFORMATION', ' my text here ');

Where can I drop in some html tables to enhance the page layout?

Thanks,
chrismole

Per the guide:

Quote:
The /catalog/includes/languages/english directory
This directory contains files that have names matching the files in the /catalog directory. Each file here contains all the text definitions specific to the corresponding file in the /catalog directory. This makes it fairly easy to locate the specific text you are looking for.
Just find shipping.php, privacy, etc...
