just want local shop setup

Hi all. Ive installed the easyphp setup and OSCms2 no probs.
Im going to use OS2 just for my local videoshop for a 100 member goldclub DVD order point.
I only want them to see the dvds,specials ect and after they order it and go to shop there'll only be a need to email their order to me as theyre all local customers in the hills here(~30km raidus).
So at this stage i dont need SSL or worry about card ect.
1. Can this be done?
2. If so what module do i leave out in the cart section.?
3. Finally i made a , um , booboo and chose to set up SSL on my local server on laptop, obviously to develop it b4 u/l'd it but how do i turn it off?
When i go to press cart ...the pages (all https pages..) wont load.
Where in Admin or docs can you guide me to as i need to turn it off to be able to keep testing OSC locally.

Change BOTH of your configure.php files. Change line to :define('ENABLE_SSL', false)
