 Shipping rules Hi. Any idea how to achieve the following; orders <50 UK pounds in UK are charged at £2.99 postage per order. Orders >50 UK pounds have free postage. non-UK orders are ALWAYS charged £4.99 postage. How do I set this up? the problem arises when I try to implement non-uk postage rules.     |

| How do you work the zone rate shipping? Can I set the shipping cost for countries OUTSIDE zone 1, e.g. for zone 2 countries, zone 3 etc. HEEELP!  |
