Free Shipping in North America Only

Hey All:

I am trying to figure out how to offer free shipping just to customers in North America (Canada, the US and Mexico) and the rest of the world gets flat rate ($10).

Anyone got any idea how to do this?

I think that this should be able to be done with zones but I can't figure it out.

Use ZONE based shipping - Make Zone Canada, Mexico, US - set to 0:1000 Add a Second Zone - set that with 10:1000

Thanks for the note. I thought it could be done with zones. I don't see however how to add more than 1 zone in the zone based shipping. All of the fileds reference Zone 1 but no mention of other zones. How do I add more zones?
