Postage flat rate n best way

Does anyone know how to edit the text that says 'Flat Rate' 'Best Way', in the checkout as well as the order invoice?

I want it to say something like 'Postage and Packaging' - 'Standard'.

the same goes for free postage - where do i edit??

I found this at:

includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/

Then go into the .php file of whatever method you want to edit. You will also see the payment folder to change those text labels as well.
