Default Warning: Cannot add header information

theres good news... and bad news...
good news is i'm sussing out HTML e-mails, and could release it as a contribution in a rough version for someone to polish off and finalise..

bad news is that i'm having issues when I upload the script!
my online server has php 4.1.2 (older than the min spec i believe) as well as apache 1.3.23 and mysql 3.bla.49.

i get:

Quote:
(-£3.00)
Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/sunnykid.co.uk/html/catalog/checkout_process.php:35 in /var/www/sunnykid.co.uk/html/catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 29
this only happens when i buy a product with a DEDUCTION (i.e. in attributes, set the cost to -1 or whatever). you can see it has spurted this out right at the top (-3 in this case).

the order processed page never appears.
however, i get the confirmation email and the order IS processed, as the customer can then view his / her order.

any idea where the trouble could be?
i checked general.php and no, there is no new line or space at the top and bottom!

checkout_process.php:358 - this is the key info. Delete the extra blank lines following the closing php tag in checkout_process.php at the end of the file.

The last line of the file should be ?> and no blank space after it...
