Menue not working when using swedish characters ÅÄÖ

I have tested the other menues and it works.

site is located at osCMax v2.0 : Välkommen till AABox.com's osCMax v2.0 - ändra detta i /svenska/index.php

Seems it starts to work after klicking the menue 5 times.

Any one have any suggestion to fix this?
