| I currently have MS2-MAX installed without Zend Optimizer. Is the Optimizer worth installing? Is the speed increase something one can actually notice? Any risks associated with installing it...or with not having it installed? |

| Zend Optimizer work great for static PHP files (that don't change--much)... With Dynamic pages (like OSC) there should be a "small" speed increase on the server side - little or no differnce would be seen on the client side - as the downloading and display would still be the slowest problem. MySQL caching and zlib compression could provide more of a boost than Zend (IMHO). Have not tested this thoughly to give you a direct number.
