    Default Modules not installed... why?

After installing, the Modules section is not installed in the admin interface. When I click on Modules pages, they show an install icon. When I click the icon, nothing happens.

When I check the Admin File Access, it shows the Modules as installed (green circle).

How do I get the modules installed?

    Thanks,
    Chris

    Default All of them

Under the Modules section of the Admin interface, none are installed. These include Payment, Shipping, and Order Total

    Default path problem

i don't know ifyou have fixed your problem since this post has been a few days. Anyway, i had this problem b4, and it was the problem of the configure.php file where the path of DIR_FS_CATALOG & DIR_FS_ADMIN were set correctly. Check it out and you should able to fix it.

did this fix your problem? I am having the same problem and that didn't appear to be my problem. I don't even have the define_language file....let us know...

yes, correcting the paths solved the problem to me. I don't think there's anything to do with the define_language file. You should take a look your catalog/admin/includes/configure.php file. ifyou post your config, we can take a look and try to solve it.
